Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These Regulations may be cited as the Students' Allowances (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 1st September 1988.

In these Regulations, a reference to “the principal Regulations” is a reference to the Students' Allowances (Scotland) Regulations 1987^f1.
