# The Students' Allowances (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1988, Regulation 6: Amendments to principal Regulations


In regulation 2(5)(b) of the principal Regulations, for the words “whom the Secretary of State is satisfied to have been” there shall be substituted the words “who the Secretary of State is satisfied was”.
