# The Students' Allowances (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1990, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Students' Allowances (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1990 and shall come into force on 1st August 1990.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Students' Allowances (Scotland) Regulations 1987.
