  "text": "In this Order–\n“the Act” means the Petroleum and Submarine Pipe-lines Act 1975;\n“the Clyde Platform” means the offshore installation known as the Clyde platform, which is situated above the Clyde oilfield, east of the Fife Region of Scotland;\n“Fulmar A” means the offshore installation known as the Fulmar A platform, which is situated above the Fulmar oilfield, east of the Fife Region of Scotland;\n“the pipe-lines” means the two 16 inch nominal diameter pipes, brought into use on 17th March 1987, which lie between the Clyde platform and Fulmar A and the apparatus and works associated therewith;\n“the platform apparatus” means all of the apparatus and works of a kind specified in paragraph (a), (aa), (b), (c), (d), (e) or (f) of section 33(1) of the Act which are part of each of the pipe-lines and attached to Fulmar A; and\n“the riser” means that section of each of the pipe-lines which connects Fulmar A to that section of the pipe-line which lies in, or in close proximity to, the sea-bed and extends outwards from Fulmar A.",
