# The Submarine Pipe-lines (Designated Owners) (No. 3) Order 1990, Article 3


For the purposes of Part III of the Act, except section 33(2), the platform apparatus and the riser shall together be treated as a pipe-line and the remainder of the pipe-line shall be treated as a separate pipe-line.
