  "text": "For the purposes of Part III of the Act, the persons specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto are hereby designated as the owners of the platform apparatus and the riser, and the persons specified in Part II of the Schedule hereto are hereby designated as the owners of the remainder of the pipe-line.",
