# The Submarine Pipe-lines (Designated Owners) (No. 3) Order 1990, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order designates owners of the pipe-line lying between the North West Hutton and the South Cormorant oil fields situated north-east of the Shetland Islands. The companies listed in Part I of the Schedule are designated as owners of the apparatus and works and the riser which are part of the pipe-line and which are installed on or beneath the Cormorant A platform, and the companies listed in Part II of the Schedule are hereby designated as owners of the remainder of the pipe-line.
