# The Submarine Pipe-lines (Designated Owners) (No. 3) Order 1992, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order designates the companies listed in Part I of the Schedule as owners of the pipe-lines described in Part II of the Schedule. The pipe-lines lie between installations above the Arbroath and Montrose oilfields east of Peterhead in the Grampian Region of Scotland.
