# The Submarine Pipe-lines (Designated Owners) (No. 5) Order 1992, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order designates the companies listed in Part I of the Schedule as owners of the pipe-lines described in Part II of the Schedule. The pipe-lines are located between two offshore installations above the Brae oilfield east of the Orkney Islands.
