# The Submarine Pipe-lines (Designated Owners) (No.5) Order 1989, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order designates the companies listed in Part I of the Schedule as owners of the pipe-line described in Part II of the Schedule. The pipe-line lies between installations situated above the Beatrice oilfield, east of the Highland Region of Scotland.
