  "text": "For the purposes of Part III of the Act—\n(a) British Gas Public Limited Company, whose registered office is situated at Rivermill House, 152 Grosvenor Road, London, SW1V 3JL, is designated as the owner of so much of the pipe-lines specified in Part I of Schedule 1 hereto as are controlled pipe-lines and the owner of the controlled pipe-line specified in Part II of that Schedule; and\n(b) Hydrocarbons Great Britain Limited, whose registered office is situated at Rivermill House, 152 Grosvenor Road, London, SW1V 3JL, is designated as the owner of so much of the pipe-line specified in Part I of Schedule 2 hereto as is a controlled pipe-line and the owner of the controlled pipe-lines specified in Part II of that Schedule.",
