  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order designates British Gas p.l.c. and Hydrocarbons Great Britain Limited as the owners of the pipe-lines described in Schedules 1 and 2 respectively. In the case of pipe-lines with a landfall the designation applies only to those parts which are in controlled waters, that is, the territorial sea and areas designated under the Continental Shelf Act 1964 (c. 29).",
