# The Submarine Pipe-lines (Electricity Generating Stations) Regulations 1981, Note: Explanatory note


These Regulations exclude from the scope of specified provisions of the Petroleum and Submarine Pipe-lines Act 1975 pipe-lines for the conveyance of water to and from electricity generating stations, together with ancillary pipe-lines for the purpose of chlorinating the water.
