  "text": "PIPELINES\nMade 2nd November 2000\nComing into force 30th November 2000\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 27(1) of the Petroleum Act 1998 and after giving the persons designated in accordance with that section by the Orders mentioned in article 2 below an opportunity of being heard with respect to the revocations provided for by that article, hereby makes the following Order:—",
