  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order revokes the Orders mentioned in the Schedule to the Order to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule. The provisions revoked are Orders made by the Secretary of State under section 33(3) of the Petroleum and Submarine Pipe-lines Act 1975 designating certain companies as the owners of particular submarine pipe-lines.\nThe revoked provisions had become out of date in that many of the companies designated by those provisions as the owners of particular pipelines had ceased to own them.\nThe provisions of the 1975 Act, together with certain other legislation relating to offshore petroleum production, were consolidated by the Petroleum Act 1998.",
