This Order is made by the Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(1) of the Petroleum Act 1998f1.
The Secretary of State, in accordance with section 27(3) of that Act, has given the persons designated by the instrument mentioned in article 2 of this Order an opportunity of being heard with respect to the revocation provided for by that article.
Accordingly the Secretary of State makes the following Order:
