Section VIII Persons not to be charged by this act with pretermitted Customs.

Provided alsoe And it is further enacted that this act shall not extend or be construed to charge any person or persons with an imposition or charge of late yeares imposed upon Woollen Cloth and Woollen Commodities known by the name of the pretermitted Customs.
