  "heading": "Exemption for certain subsidies given to SPEI enterprises",
  "text": "(1) The requirements as to transparency in Chapter 3 of Part 2 do not apply to a subsidy given to a SPEI enterprise for the purpose of the provision of SPEI services, where the subsidy is no more than £100,000.\n(2) For the purposes of subsection (1)—\n(a) if assistance is provided in cash, the gross cash amount given is to be used in determining the amount of the assistance;\n(b) if assistance is provided otherwise than in cash, the amount of assistance given is to be determined by reference to the gross cash equivalent of the assistance.",
