# The Subsidy Control (Information-Gathering Powers) (Modification) Regulations 2022, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Subsidy Control (Information-Gathering Powers) (Modification) Regulations 2022 and come into force on 4th January 2023.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
