# The Subsidy Control (Subsidy Database Information Requirements) Regulations 2022, Regulation 2: Interpretation

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) In these Regulations “the Act” means the Subsidy Control Act 2022.
(2) For the purposes of regulations 3(j) and 4(3)(e)(i), the amount of any subsidy is to be determined in accordance with regulation 8.
