  "text": "(1) This section applies where—\n(a) a will, or part of a will, is expressly or impliedly revoked by a subsequent will, and\n(b) the subsequent will, or part of it, is revoked.\n(2) The revocation of the subsequent will, or part of it, does not revive the earlier will or (as the case may be) the revoked part of the earlier will.",
