  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend for the second time the Suckler Cow Premium Regulations 1991 ( “the principal Regulations”) and come into force on 15th June 1992.\nThese Regulations restrict the payment of the additional premium (defined in regulation 2(1) of the principal Regulations) to applications for such premium lodged within the period 15th June 1991 to 31st January 1992.",
