  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Suckler Cow Premium Regulations 1991 (“the principal Regulations”) and come into force on 18th February 1992.\nUnder Council Regulation (EEC) No. 3605/91 (OJ No. L 343, 13.12.91, p.7), for applications for the suckler cow premium lodged in the period 15th June 1991 to31st January 1992, the amount of the premium which is financed by the Guarantee Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund and the maximum amount which Member States are authorised to pay by way of additional premium have been increased. These Regulations increase the amount of additional premium specified in the Schedule to the principal Regulations and the opportunity is taken to rectify a drafting error contained in regulation 5(1)(b) of the principal Regulations.",
