  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Suckler Cow Premium (Amendment) Regulations 1992, shall apply in Great Britain and shall come into force on 18th February 1992.\n(2) In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Suckler Cow Premium Regulations 1991.",
