  "text": "In paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the principal Regulations—\n(a) in the definition of “the higher rate” for the amount “£51·69” there shall be substituted the amount “£59·64”;\n(b) in the definition of “the lower rate” for the amount “£47·43” there shall be substituted the amount “£55·38”.",
