Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Sudan (Restrictive Measures) (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2004 and shall come into force on 29th July 2004.

In this Order “the Order” means the Sudan (Restrictive Measures) (Overseas Territories) Order 2004^f1.
