  "text": "(1) A non-UN designated person must inform the Treasury without delay if they make a required payment.\n(2) A person who makes a required payment on behalf of a non-UN designated person must inform the Treasury without delay that they have made the required payment.\n(3) A person must inform the Treasury without delay if they receive a reimbursement payment.\n(4) For the purposes of this regulation, references to a non-UN designated person are to be read as including a person who is owned or controlled directly or indirectly (within the meaning of regulation 7) by the non-UN designated person.\n(5) In this regulation—\n“non-UN designated person” has the meaning given in regulation 31ZA(8) (finance: exception from prohibitions for required payments);\n“reimbursement payment” has the meaning given in regulation 31ZA(8);\n“required payment” has the meaning given in regulation 31ZA(2).",
