Article 8 Obtaining evidence and information

The provisions of the Schedule to this Order have effect in order to facilitate the obtaining, by or on behalf of the Treasury—

(a)

of evidence or information for the purpose of securing compliance with or detecting evasion of this Order in the United Kingdom; or

(b)

of evidence of the commission of an offence under this Order in the United Kingdom.
