# The Sudan (United Nations Measures) Order 2006, Article 7: Circumventing prohibitions etc


A person is guilty of an offence if he participates, knowingly and intentionally, in activities the object or effect of which is, directly or indirectly, to—
(a) circumvent a prohibition in article 4(1) or 5(1); or
(b) enable or facilitate the commission of an offence under article 4 or 5.
