The Secretary of State for Transport on the application of the Shetland Islands Council (being a person interested in the Sullom Voe, Shetland, Pilotage District) and in exercise of powers conferred by section 9 of the Pilotage Act 1983^f1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
