# The Sumburgh Airport Shops Order 1987, Article 2


Sumburgh Airport is hereby designated for the purposes of section 1 of the Shops (Airports) Act 1962, as being an airport at which there appears to the Secretary of State to be a substantial amount of international passenger traffic.
