  "text": "SHOPS AND OFFICES\nMade 6th May 1987\nComing into force 7th May 1987\nWhereas it appears to the Secretary of State that Sumburgh Airport is an airport at which there is a substantial amount of international passenger traffic:\nNow, therefore, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section1(2) of the Shops (Airports) Act 1962, and now vested in him, hereby makes the following Order:—",
