# The Summary Appeal Court (Air Force) Rules 2000, Article 25: Waiting member


The court administration officer shall specify one person, who is qualified for membership of the court under section 83ZC of the Act or rule 23, to be a reserve member of the court for the purposes of hearing the appeal (referred to in these Rules as “the waiting member”).
