Article 59 Application of Part IX

This Part shall have effect in relation to the practice and procedure of the court—

(a)

with respect to the exercise of its powers under section 83ZG(2)(b) or (3) of the Act (powers of the court to vary punishment awarded); and

(b)

on an appeal against any punishment awarded.
