# The Summary Appeal Court (Navy) Rules 2000, Article 41: Refixing of postponed and interrupted hearings


Where the hearing of an appeal is postponed in accordance with rule 39(5) or (6) or discontinued in accordance with rule 40, rule 22 shall have effect with respect to the reconvened hearing.
