# The Summary Appeal Court (Navy) Rules 2000, Paragraph 10


In section 11(1), for the words “On a trial on indictment the defendant” there shall be substituted the words “Subject to subsection (1A) below, on the hearing of an appeal under section 52FK of the Naval Discipline Act 1957 the appellant”.
