  "text": "In relation to the year 1992, the period of summer time for the purposes of the Act shall be the period beginning at one o'clock, Greenwich mean time, in the morning of 29th March 1992 and ending at one o'clock, Greenwich mean time, in the morning of 25th October 1992 instead of the period specified in section 1 of the Act.",
