  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order provides for the periods of summer time in the years 1990, 1991 and 1992 during which the time for general purposes in the United Kingdom will be one hour in advance of Greenwich mean time. The Order applies also to the Bailiwick of Guernsey, but not to the Bailiwick of Jersey or the Isle of Man which have their own legislation on the subject.",
