  "text": "In relation to the year 1993, the period of summer time for the purposes of the Act shall be the period beginning at one o'clock, Greenwich mean time, in the morning of 28th March 1993 and ending at one o'clock, Greenwich mean time, in the morning of 24th October 1993 instead of the period specified in section 1 of the Act.",
