  "text": "In relation to the year 1994, the period of summer time for the purposes of the Act shall be the period beginning at one o\"clock, Greenwich mean time, in the morning of 27th March 1994 and ending at one o\"clock, Greenwich mean time, in the morning of 23rd October 1994 instead of the period specified in section 1 of the Act.",
