  "long_title": "This Order provides for the periods of summer time in the years 1995, 1996 and 1997 during which the time for general purposes in the United Kingdom will be one hour in advance of Greenwich mean time. It implements the EC Seventh Summer Time Directive 94/21/EC (OJ No. L164, 30.6.94, p.1), which establishes the start and end dates and times of the periods of summer time for those years in the Member States of the European Community.",
