  "text": "In relation to the year 1997, the period of summer time for the purposes of the Act shall be the period beginning at one o'clock, Greenwich mean time, in the morning of 30th March 1997 and ending at one o'clock, Greenwich mean time, in the morning of 26th October 1997 instead of the period specified in section 1 of the Act.",
