  "text": "In relation to the year 1999, the period of summer time for the purposes of the Act shall be the period beginning at one o'clock, Greenwich mean time, in the morning of 28th March 1999 and ending at one o'clock, Greenwich mean time, in the morning of 31st October 1999 instead of the period specified in section 1 of the Act.",
