  "heading": "Short title, repeals, commencement and extent.",
  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Sunday Trading Act 1994.\n(2) The enactments mentioned in Schedule 5 to this Act are hereby repealed to the extent specified in the third column of that Schedule.\n(3) The following provisions of this Act—\nsections 2 to 5,\nsubsection (2) of this section, and\nSchedules 3, 4 and 5,\nshall not come into force until the appointed day (as defined in section 1 above).\n(4) This Act extends to England and Wales only.",
