# The Superannuation Act 1972 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1972, Note: Explanatory note


This Order brings into force on 25th March 1972 the whole of the Superannuation Act 1972, except section 21 and paragraphs 68 and 96 of Schedule 6 (which relate to pensions for the employees of the British Airways Board group).
