# The Superannuation Act 1972 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1972, Note: Explanatory note


This Order brings into force on 1st April 1972 section 21 of and related paragraphs in Schedule 6 to the Superannuation Act 1972. These provisions are concerned with pensions for the employees of the British Airways Board group.
