  "text": "For section 8 of the Clerks of Session (Scotland) Regulation Act 1889 substitute—\n“8 The principal civil service pension scheme within the meaning of section 2 of the Superannuation Act 1972 and for the time being in force shall apply in relation to persons appointed to offices in the Court of Session as it applies in relation to persons to whom section 1 of that Act applies.”",
