# Superannuation Act 1972, Paragraph 58


In section 95 of the said Act of 1965—
(a) in subsection (1) for the words from “regulations” to “warrant” substitute “ or orders ” ;
(b) in subsection (2) for the words from “regulations or” to “said section 93” substitute “ an order made under this Act ”.
