Section 4 Short title and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Superannuation Act (Northern Ireland) 2013.

Section 2 comes into operation one month after the day on which this Act receives Royal Assent.

Except as provided by subsection (2), this Act comes into operation on Royal Assent.
