  "long_title": "These Rules consolidate with amendments the previous sets of rules governing the allocation of part of a pension under the Superannuation Acts in favour of a spouse or other dependant. They extend eligibility to allocate to officers who retire before reaching their retiring age in circumstances which make them eligible for the grant of a pension when they reach their retiring age: such officers become eligible to allocate as from the date on which their pension is granted.",
